Our 120-day promise guarantees that products do not contain manufacturing defects, and, if the product fails, breaks, or has ink issue due to a manufacturing defect during that time period, we will either replace the product or issue you a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Giantmedia reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether or not the failed product is covered by our guarantee.

As an alternative, we will also offer a full refund excluding shipping cost. For non-manufacturing defect, we will not be able to accept return as each order is custom made.

If our shipping carrier loses your order we will open an investigation on that package and issue a reprint with priority shipping.

An area around the outer edge of the final print size that does not contain any essential images or text. This area can be anywhere from ¼" upward; based upon the intended output size. We always recommend a minimum 1" safe area inside the trim line to be sure nothing will be cut off.

UV, Solvent, and Eco-Solvent all have manufacturers limited warranties between 2-3 years outdoor, while Aqueous is recommended for interior applications only, and Dye Sublimation is for short term outdoor use.

We offer guaranteed delivery date and if we miss the date, we will gladly issue shipping refund.

Exceptions:

  • Guaranteed delivery dates on the website are based on the assumption that all information to process the orders including print-ready graphic artwork/file is received with the order. If there is any delay in getting the required information from the customer, it might delay the delivery date.
  • We use Fed-ex, UPS, DHL or USPS as our shipping carrier. In rare cases, there might be a delay from a shipping career. In those instances, we do not take responsibility for the delay.
  • With current COVID-19 scenario, we are experiencing extensive delays from shipping carriers. Due to the above reasons, we encourage our customers to have one or two days buffer while selecting a shipping method and also mention must have delivery dates if applicable.

Vector artwork can be enlarged to any size without degradation; the image will stay clean and crisp. When you enlarge a raster image the resolution will decrease proportionately. If you enlarge an image that is 2'x2' @ 100dpi to 4'x4' the image resolution will now be only 50dpi!

Products

Yes. We have equipment that can properly align both sides of the media to within 1/64" registration.

We work with many file formats, however the best file formats are PSD(Adobe Photoshop), AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS (Encapsulated Post Script), PDF (Adobe Acrobat), or TIFF (Hi-Resolution TIFF). Mac and PC files are acceptable. Just be sure to convert all fonts to outlines or curves before sending; or include the PC fonts when uploading.

All color files should be saved in CMYK (US Web Coated Swap2). Black & White files should be provided in Grayscale.

All printers are calibrated to print colors accurately, however in many cases customer monitors are not calibrated to accurately show the color(s) provided. Additionally, exact color matches are not always possible; if colors are critical, please request a color sample, provide a match print for any 4-color imagery or illustrations, and be sure to indicate your request upon ordering. We will not issue refunds or accept returns due to color, depth or tone once artwork has been approved.

Yes, please include ¼" bleed on all sides of the image. Without this bleed, any minor paper shift during the production process could result in the color and/or design not extending all the way to one or more of the edges.

All output is produced in four color (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) plus White for some applications. The intended use of the graphics will dictate which type of ink will be used (UV, Solvent, Eco-Solvent, Aqueous, or Direct Disperse).

The term "bleed" refers to any graphic elements that overlap a document's border. Full bleed printing is the process of printing your artwork on a surface that is slightly larger than the size of the finished product. The excess is then trimmed off, or "cropped," to get the finished product down to its final size.
